RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

14-DAY RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 14-day return period for eligible products. You must contact us within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. After notifying us, you must send the eligible product back within a further 14 calendar days.
To request a return, contact us at Allintakeit.info@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for contacting us.
RETURN ADDRESS AND AUTHORISATION
Please do not send any product to our business address, a manufacturer, fulfillment partner, or an address shown on the original parcel without first receiving return instructions from us.
The correct return address depends on the product and its fulfillment location. After reviewing your request, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Return authorisation is required only to ensure that the product is sent to the correct location. It does not restrict any mandatory consumer right.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
For an eligible non-personalized product, EU consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after delivery without providing a reason.
The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
The product may only be inspected as it reasonably would be in a physical shop. It should be returned with all included parts, accessories, labels and original packaging where reasonably possible.
If the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may make a lawful deduction for any reduction in its value.
CUSTOMER ORDERING ERRORS
If the customer:
* selects the wrong size, color, design or product;
* provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address;
* refuses delivery;
* fails to collect the parcel; or
* changes their mind,
the customer will be responsible for the resulting return, redelivery or replacement shipping costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This does not remove a mandatory EU right of withdrawal where it applies to an eligible non-personalized product.
CUSTOM-MADE AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized with customer-supplied names, text, logos, photographs, designs or other individual requirements cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or because the customer selected the wrong size, color, design or option.
This exception does not apply if the personalized product is defective, damaged, misprinted, not as described or different from what was ordered.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your product is damaged, defective, misprinted, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at Allintakeit.info@gmail.com.
Please provide:
* your order number;
* a clear description of the problem;
* clear photographs or video of the complete product;
* photographs of the defect, packaging and shipping label; and
* measurements or other relevant evidence where necessary.
Prompt evidence helps us resolve the claim with our fulfillment provider. However, this request does not reduce or replace any mandatory consumer right or legal guarantee.
Do not return or dispose of the product until we provide instructions. In some cases, a physical return may not be required.
Where a product is legally non-conforming, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law without charge to the customer. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction or a refund.
If a return is necessary because the product is defective, damaged, misprinted, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, ALLINTAKEIT will bear the necessary return shipping cost.
WRONG SIZE OR COLOR
If we send a different size or color from the one ordered, please contact us with photographs and the product measurements. We will assess the issue as an incorrect or non-conforming product.
If the customer correctly receives the size or color selected when placing the order, it is considered a customer ordering error. A personalized product cannot be returned for this reason. An eligible non-personalized product may still be returned under the applicable 14-day EU withdrawal right, but the customer will pay the return shipping cost.
OTHER NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Where permitted by applicable law, returns are not accepted for:
* goods made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
* perishable goods;
* sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after they have been opened;
* hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases; and
* gift cards, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Sale and discounted products remain covered by any mandatory right of withdrawal and legal guarantee that applies to them.
EU REFUNDS
For a valid EU withdrawal, we will reimburse the eligible payments received from the customer, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
We do not reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from the customer choosing express or another more expensive delivery method.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we are informed of the decision to withdraw.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or reliable evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
EU LEGAL GUARANTEE
EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are defective, do not match their description or do not function as advertised.
Claim periods imposed by a manufacturer or fulfillment provider do not limit the customer’s mandatory legal rights against ALLINTAKEIT as the seller. Applicable national law may provide additional consumer rights.
